Steve Epperly was born in Corvallis, OR.  He started racing Go-Karts around the age of 8.  He crewed for many teams in the '70s and early '80s in SCCA Nationals, Trans-AM and IMSA GTU, campaigning BMW's, Datsun 510's and Z cars.  He also campaigned his own 510 in B-sedan during that time.

Steve has road raced, motocross and flat tracked motorcycles.  Steve and his dad build their own race cars from the frame up (including the frame)! 

Steve has raced SCCA Nationals and Nasport in GT4 and GT5.  He won the NorPac Divisional Championship in '90, '91, '92, '93.  He was Nasport GT4 champion in 1993.  
2009 SCCA Oregon Region Champion in a '71 240Z. 
2010 SCCA NorPac Divisional Champion in a '74 260Z.

Steve has built many, many street projects from Mild to Wild.


 

Pam was born in Silverton, Oregon.  She is best described as a Datsun fanatic.  She collects anything Datsun - Models, die cast toys, literature, anything and everything. 

Pam bought her first Datsun in 1980 (a '71 510).  She began auto-crossing in 1984, and won the Western Oregon and Washington Autocross Championship in 1987 after having finished 2nd the previous year.

Pam began auto racing in 1988. She also runs hillclimbs, and in August 2001, she won fastest ladies time (Queen of the Hill) at Bible Creek Hillclimb in Willamina, OR.

Then there is Max.   Max is an Australian Cattle Dog. (Blue Heeler).  He loves roadsters! Note: On Feb. 26, 2009, Max passed away from cancer. He was approx. 13 yrs. old. He will be forever missed.

Our family also includes about 40 Datsuns, including (but not limited to) Z-cars (among them #HLS30-00030 10/69, #HLS30-00510 12/69, 1970 240Z and a 1972 Fairlady ZG, RHD), 510's, '59 PLG222u Pick-up, '63,'64,'65 NL320 Pickups, 1959 VPL221 2 door wagon,  1963 WPL312 Bluebird Wagon, 3 2000 Roadsters('67 1/2 Solex & 2 '69's), B210's, race cars, and more!!

 

I guess you could call it a home for wayward Datsuns!
