We will need the following info:


1. Name & complete mailing address, including zip/postal code

2. Your phone number

3. Year, make & model of car, including any modifications

4. Part #, description of part, & quantity desired (If uncertain of what you need, we can help)

5. Specify if shipping address is different from mailing address

6. Email address (optional) – If your item is shipped with a track able #, we can email that to you.

Please Note: All orders must be prepaid before we can ship. We do not offer COD. All pricing is US Dollars, and does not include shipping cost.


Credit Cards – We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. We will need the following info:

1. Type of Card (i.e. Visa, MC, etc.)

2. Your name as it appears on your card

3. Card number and expiration date

4. CVV code (This can be found on the back of the card on the signature line – the last 3 numbers)

5. The address where you receive your credit card statements for this card


Money Orders/Cashiers’ Checks – Payable to ZTherapy Inc. in US funds


Personal Checks – We reserve the right to hold orders until personal checks have cleared

Cores/Core Charges


Most of our items are sold on an exchange basis; that is, we require your old part in exchange for the ordered part you will be receiving from us. This assures that this item can continue to be available.

Core charges are in addition to the listed price of the part, and will be added to your bill.

  1. Cores must be returned in rebuildable condition, be complete and intact with no missing pieces, and include all parts such as the unit shipped to you to be eligible for a refund. Units missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Cores should be clean and drained of any fluids.
  3. Cores returned to us must be shipped prepaid, no COD’s accepted.
  4. Core charges will be refunded in the same manner in which they were paid.
  5. Cores must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Cores returned after 30 days may not be refunded.
  6. Core returns must include the core return packing slip that was sent to you with your order (without it we will not know who to issue the refund to!)


If you wish, you may send your core to us in advance of your order being shipped (be sure to enclose contact information). Orders accompanied by receipt of your core in advance will not be charged the core charge.

The cost of shipping will be added to your order.

Most orders are shipped UPS Ground within the US. Small orders or single videos/DVD's  are typically sent by USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer COD.

International orders are sent by US Postal Service Priority Mail International.

If you have a need for expedited shipment, please let us know at the time you place your order, and the date & time that you need it to arrive by.


Shipping Damage


Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and make sure that it is noted before signing. All packages become the responsibility of the carrier once the package is submitted to them. Therefore, all damage claims must be made to the carrier.

  1. Retain the original shipping carton and all packing materials.
  2. If the item was shipped  UPS, phone UPS immediately at 1-800-PICK-UPS to initiate the claim. If received by a carrier other than UPS, contact us at ZTherapy Inc.


International Orders


Payment must be made in US Funds.

Any customs duties, brokerage or non-US taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Customs: We are required by law to declare all merchandise at actual value. We cannot declare a shipment as “gift”.

International shipments are sent by Priority Mail International through the US Postal Service.

Core returns should be sent to us by Airmail Post.




Please contact us before returning any item. All returns must have prior ZTherapy authorization, be freight pre-paid and have a copy of the original invoice and reason for return. COD shipments will be refused. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the order was paid, and will be for the amount of the item only (we cannot refund shipping charges). It is recommended that you insure your return & keep a copy of the shipping information. Lost items cannot be refunded. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.




Limited WarrantyZTherapy Inc. warrants its remanufactured carbs to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase.

ZTherapy Inc. Limited Warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been (a) modified or altered in any way; (b) subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, corrosion or faulty repair; or (c) used in other than those applications recommended by ZTherapy Inc.

This Limited Warranty is extended to the original consumer only. This Limited Warranty is not assignable or otherwise transferable. There are no warranties that extend beyond those stated herein. ZTherapy Inc. offers no other warranties express or implied beyond this Limited Warranty.

In the event of an alleged defect in material or workmanship, ZTherapy Inc. ' responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replace the defective product. ZTherapy Inc. has no other obligation express or implied. Final warranty determination will be in the sole discretion of ZTherapy Inc. ZTherapy Inc. shall not be responsible for: (a) actual or alleged labor, transportation or other incidental charges; or (b) actual or alleged consequential or other damages incurred by use of any product of ZTherapy Inc.

To initiate the warranty process the consumer must contact ZTherapy Inc. by phone, fax or email. Warranty claims will be rejected if the consumer cannot establish date of purchase. Send products directly to ZTherapy Inc.

This Limited Warranty sets forth specific legal rights. The consumer may have other rights as a result of variations in state laws or provincial laws. This Limited Warranty supersedes all prior warranty statements. Inquiries concerning this warranty should be directed to:

These are amateur videos shot by a mechanic.  I try to explain how things work in simple terms, and then cover more advanced topics.  I try to view the instruction as if I was doing it for the first time, and I was trying to figure it out.  In this way, I hope to teach in the easiest-to-understand method. 

Believe me, it's a lot easier to understand a dynamic video than a stare at a service manual.  These videos are designed to complement and enhance those Haynes and Chilton's manuals.  A long time ago, Haynes tried a video manual, but they reportedly demanded that the retailer buy hundreds of a title to order.  Needless to say, the effort failed because of their marketing department.

It is tough to shoot quality video.  It's even tougher to do it on large volume!  

Most of these videos were shot with a professional Sony DV-1000 digital camera.  The quality is acceptable.
